In these conditions,

  1. ‘the Company’ means MF SAFETY & WORKWEAR or any subsidiary company or agent authorised by MF SAFETY & WORKWEAR
  2. ‘the Purchaser’ means the person, persons, firm or company (and the person/s within the firm or company) purchasing from or trading with the Company
  3. ‘the Goods’ means all products or services supplied by the Company to the Purchaser, whether by means of sale, hire, rental or otherwise and whether it be the property of the Company or distributed by the Company as Agents for another.
  4. ‘in writing’ or ‘written’ means documented, i.e. electronic documentation is acceptable as a form of ‘in writing’ or ‘written’
  5. ‘the website’, ‘the site’, ‘this website’, ‘this site’, refers to www.mfsafety.co.uk




  1. The following terms and conditions define how the Company will provide the Goods to the Purchaser.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to purchasing from the website.  By ordering from the website, this automatically denotes agreement to confirm to these terms and conditions.
  2. These conditions should be read in conjunction with any Special Conditions included in the Company’s quotation
  3. The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse any order given on the basis of its quotations and in the refusal of the order, no damages or expenses of any kind shall be payable by the Company.
  4. Any discrepancy with reference to the Goods supplied shall only be entertained by the Company if made within three days of delivery


  1. The Company shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any consequential loss of any description from any cause whatsoever incurred by the Purchase, as a result of any failure of fault in the Goods including electrical installations and any other works.  Nor will the Company be responsible for any damages or personal injuries or other losses howsoever caused, directly or indirectly by the Goods including electrical installation and other works nor for the acts or defaults of any sub-contractors.
  2. The Company shall pass on to the Purchaser the benefit of any Guarantees or Warranties by the Manufacturers of the Goods and any rights vested in the Company under such Guarantees or Warranties are hereby assigned to the Purchaser but without prejudice to the previous sub-clause.
  3. This site is not intended to be accessed or used by users in countries outside of the United Kingdom.  No representation or warranty is made that the terms and conditions, or any other data on this site, is in accordance with regime or laws in other countries than those within the United Kingdom.  No orders from outside of the United Kingdom will be accepted or processed.
  4. Terms and conditions may be amended or modified at any time. The continued use of the website after these modifications constitutes acceptance of these amendments.
  5. Images of products on the website are for illustrative purposes only and actual Goods may differ slightly.  Any accessories included in images will not be included with the order unless stated in the details of the Goods.  This statement includes colours of the Goods.  Although every effort has been made to convey a true representation of the actual colour, the Company cannot guarantee that all monitors will convey this detail accurately.
  6. All information provided is to be interpreted as approximate and E&OE.
  7. Any advertising on the website does not form any part of the contract entered upon the purchasing of the Goods.  The Company will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred from advertisements on the website.





  1. Upon purchasing the Goods from the website, the Purchaser is entering a contract whereby he/she has agreed to purchase the relevant Goods, under terms and conditions supplied.
  2. Orders can be placed via the website (www.mfsafety.co.uk)  via telephone (+44(0)115 9252261) or email (sales@mfsafety.co.uk)
  3. Any carriage charges incurred will be shown as part of the order total, prior to payment.
  4. Any prices shown will be valid at that point in time, except in cases of obvious error.
  5. Any promotional prices will only be valid for period of time shown. 
  6. Prices are subject to VAT at the current price.
  7. Prices can be changed on the website at any time, with no prior notice, but once written confirmation of purchase is received from the Company, any price changes will not affect the order.
  8. Payment must be received in full and accepted as valid before the Goods are dispatched.  Card payments or PayPal payments are acceptable methods of payment.The Company is PCI compliant and uses PayVector to process any card payments made via the website.[C1] 
  9. Payment shall not be classed as received in full until cleared funds are received.
  10. In the event of card payment being rejected or held in query, the Company will contact the cardholder to discuss further.   Any costs incurred in this process due to card payment  failing or part-failing, will be passed on to the Purchaser.
  11. Some Goods available on the site are restricted by age limit.  When these Goods are ordered, age verification will be required and credit card payment will be the only acceptable payment method.  Please see the communications section of the terms and conditions to contact the Company to discuss this further.







  1. Goods will be delivered to the Purchaser’s address stated unless otherwise agreed. 
  2. The receiver must be available to accept delivery of the order between 07.00am & 17.00pm Monday – Friday, unless Saturday delivery is specified.
  3. Any orders for stock items placed before 15.00pm on a full working day will be delivered the next working day.
  4. Any delayed deliveries, due to circumstances outside of the Company’s control, will not in any way hold the Company responsible.
  5. On any non-stock orders or part stock orders, the Purchaser will be notified of expected delivery dates.  Expected delivery dates are estimates only and the Company is not bound by or to expected delivery dates provided.
  6. Shortages or damaged goods claims will not be entertained unless made in writing within 3 working days of delivery.
  7. Claims for non-delivery will not be entertained unless made in writing within 7 working days of invoice date.
  8. If delivery is refused, rejected or prevented the Company will accept no responsibility for loss or damage and the Company reserves the right to charge additional delivery charges.
  9. If there are 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods may be returned and the Company has the right to charge re-delivery charges or a handling charge should the order be cancelled and refunded.
  10. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been accepted.

  1. No returns will be accepted unless prior agreement has been approved from the Company.
  2. Returns must also include official returns notes, provided by the Company.
  3. Official returns notes are valid for only 10 days.  Any goods returned after this time period will be classed as invalid returns.
  4. Any charges incurred by the Purchaser returning goods will be payable by the Purchaser, unless in the instance where the Goods are deemed faulty.
  5. Goods returned, upon approval, will be subject to the following conditions

- Goods returned that are neither faulty, nor dispatched incorrectly, will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

- Goods exchanged for Goods of the same value as original Goods, will be charged at a 10% handling charge.

- Goods returned must be undamaged, unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with all original trademarks and other labelling intact and completely suitable for resale.

  1. Any returns which require collection will incur a collection fee at the current rate, in addition to any other fees incurred.
  2. Returns can only be entertained if the Company are made aware of desire to return, within 5 working days of receipt of delivery.
  3. Faulty goods, once deemed faulty by the Company, will be credited in full via the original payment method, including any delivery charges incurred.  FOC collection will also be offered, in this circumstance only.
  4. Any personalised items/or items modified to the Purchaser’s specification (ie logo applied etc) cannot be returned, unless there is clearly a manufacturing fault.
  5. Any refunds necessary will be made via the original payment method only.









  1. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel an order placed, this must be done so by 15.30 on the date of order.  If order is placed after 15.30, the order may be cancelled anytime until 15.30 the following day.
  2. If the order is cancelled any time after payment has been received, but before the order has been dispatched and refund is necessary, this will incur an admin charge of 2%
  3. If it is necessary to cancel an order placed after dispatch, please refer to the Returns section.
  4. Cancellations by phone are unacceptable; please email e-order@mfsafety.co.uk with all details of the original purchase and details of items to be cancelled.





  1. The employee at the Company cannot accept any responsibility for any verbal advice or opinions given.
  2. If the Purchaser, bases any decisions on advice/opinions given, no liability will be accepted by the Company.
  3. The Goods sold on this website have been designed to comply with UK legislation; we cannot accept any responsibility for compliance with laws when the Goods are used outside of the United Kingdom.
  4. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any losses, damage or deterioration caused by the use or misuse of the Goods supplied.
  5. Other than is specifically detailed, the Company shall have no liability for any losses or damages suffered by the Purchaser or any third party, by or from the Goods supplied.
  6. If loss or damage is caused (other than death or personal injury or deliberate fraudulent misinterpretation) due to the negligence of the Company, the Company shall be liable for the invoice value of Goods supplied, and shall be limited to this only.





  1. Any passwords or log in details created or provided, must be kept securely, confidential and exclusive to the initiators use.  The Company cannot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred from misuse of personal/log in details.





  1. From time of delivery, the risk passes to the Purchaser entirely.  The Goods, however, are still owned by the Company until payment of total sums of all Goods ordered, including any extra costs incurred, is cleared in full.
  2. Without prejudice, when the Purchaser is or suspected to be in breach of the contract, the Company has the right to cancel the order, terminate any outstanding contracts and refuse any further orders placed, without incurring any responsibility or liability as a result of this action.

The Company will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage incurred caused by any of the following ; accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, the default of the Company’s suppliers, any act or event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.





  1. This website is available for the use of the public, in accordance with all terms and conditions.  Access to some parts of the site may require log in details, which are not available to all users.
  2. This website and any data stored on the website is copyright and may not be reproduced, retrieved or transmitted in any way or form or by any means, without written consent of the Company.
  3. The Company will in no circumstances be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by images or details on the website being used or copied without prior consent.
  4. Although the Company has taken steps to ensure this website contains nothing harmful, the Company does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur through using this website.

  9. The Company has taken steps to ensure details and information provided on this website are accurate, as far as can be ascertained.
  10. Neither the Company, nor companies or individuals associated with the creating and maintaining of the site will be held responsible for any errors, loss or damage which may be incurred due to the use of the site, or the information available on the site.

This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England.
